How long does made-to-order production take?+
The current standard production lead time is 2.5 weeks before shipping. Shipping time is separate. On-hand pieces generally ship sooner after payment verification, while rings may still require resizing.
Is Modern Myth jewelry solid gold?+
Modern Myth works with solid gold, including 14k and 18k options depending on the design, together with natural diamonds and gemstones. Always review the exact specifications on the individual product page.
Can I return a made-to-order piece?+
The current published policy states that sales are final because pieces are produced to customer specifications. Incorrect or damaged orders are handled separately under the published support policy.
Can I visit the showroom without an appointment?+
The Mandaluyong showroom is appointment-only. Submit a request first and wait for Modern Myth to confirm the schedule and exact location details.
Do you ship internationally?+
Yes. Modern Myth currently offers international shipping. Shipping promotions, carrier fees, duties and import requirements may change, so always refer to the live shipping policy before checkout.
